Notice is hereby given by Hayley Watson and Andrew McTear that a virtual meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held on 4 June 2020 at 11.00 am for the purpose of establishing whether a liquidation committee should be formed and, if one is not formed, to fix the basis of the Joint Liquidators' remuneration and authorise them to draw category 2 disbursements.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy and must have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at McTear Williams & Wood Limited, Townshend House, Crown Road, Norwich, NR1 3DT by no later than 4pm on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their votes(s) being disregarded.
