Notice is hereby given that on 5 June 2018 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Reflex Graphics (UK) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC269763 and having its registered office at Comac House, 2 Coddington Crescent, Holytown, Motherwell ML1 4YF craving the court inter alia that Reflex Graphics (UK) Limited be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated 5 June 2018 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be Provisional Liquidator of Reflex Graphics (UK) Limited with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
