"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Neil Maddocks (IP No. 9239) and Rob Coad (IP No. 11010) both of South West and Wales Business Recovery, Orchard Street Business Centre, 13-14 Orchard Street, Bristol, BS1 5EH be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
