A Petition to restore and wind up the above named Company of 6 Deepdale Close, Slack Head, Milnthorpe, Cumbria, LA7 7AY presented on 8 November 2019 by Theresa Higginson whose address is c/o Irwin Mitchell LLP, Riverside East, 2 Millsands, Sheffield, S3 8DT claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at The Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG on 14 January 2020 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
