Notice is hereby that the creditors of the above named Partnership, which was placed in members’ (solvent) voluntary liquidation on 13 September 2021, are required, on or before 15 October 2021 to submit full details of their claims and their names and addresses to KPMG, The Soloist Building, 1 Lanyon Place, Belfast, BT1 3LP, and, if so required by notice in writing from the Liquidator, are, personally or by their solicitors, to come in and prove their debts or claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation and all known creditors have been or will be paid in full.
