A petition to wind up the above-named company of 300 St Mary's Road, Garston, Liverpool L19 0NQ presented on 24th October 2018 by JOSEPH PARR LIMITED of Parr Building Centre, Dunnings Bridge Road, Bootle L30 6UU claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at County Court at Liverpool at 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool, L2 2BX, on 17 December 2018 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or his/its solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on Friday 14 December 2018.
