Pursuant to Sections 282 and 283 of the Companies Act 2006 and Sections 84(1) and 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 the following written resolutions were passed on 14 March 2019 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution Respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Katie Young (IP No. 15872) of Kewans Limited, International House, Southampton International Business Park, Southampton, SO18 2RZ be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up."

At the subsequent creditors' decision procedure on 14 March 2019 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Katie Young as Liquidator.
