Notice is given by Andrew Turpin and Matthew Douglas Hardy that the virtual meeting to be held on 15 November 2022 at 11 :00am was requisitioned by Creditors and that it has been summoned under paragraph 52(2) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the virtual meeting is to approve the Joint Administrators` remuneration and expenses and that the costs of the requisitioned decision be paid as an expense of the Administration.

In order for their votes to be counted Creditors must attend the virtual meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at Poppleton & Appleby, The Silverworks, 67 - 71 Northwood Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, B3 1TX by no later than 4.00pm on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
