Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 29 October 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Sean Bucknall (IP No. 18030) and Maxine Reid-Roberts (IP No. 11492) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, BN1 4EA be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them.”

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Sean Bucknall, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 3rd Floor, 37 Frederick Place, Brighton, Sussex, BN1 4EA.
