Notice is hereby given that on 20 December 2019 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Forfar Sheriff Court by Fiona Walsh, craving the Court, inter alia, that Redcastle Spirits Limited, having its registered office at Drummygar Mains, Carmyllie, By Arbroath, Angus, DD11 2RA be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Craig both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 3rd Floor, Finlay House, 10 – 14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP be appointed as interim Liquidators; and which Petition of the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 20 December 2019 ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Forfar Sheriff Courthouse within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement all of which notice is hereby given.
