Further to the appointment of Edward George Boyle and Stephen John Absolom of Interpath Limited as Joint Administrators of the Company on 30 November 2020, Notice is hereby given pursuant to Paragraph 80(5) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986, and Rule 3.56(10) of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Administrators have filed notices of the end of administration at Court and with the Registrar of Companies on 12 January 2022 on the basis that the purpose of the administration has been sufficiently achieved.

Consequently the administration has come to an end on that date.
