Notice is hereby given that the administrators of the Company (the “Administrators”) have proposed a Company Voluntary Arrangement (the “Proposal”) between the Company and its unsecured creditors (the “CVA Creditors”).

The Administrators are seeking a decision of the CVA Creditors by way of a prescribed decision procedure under section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act and Rule 15.3 of the Insolvency Rules, which in this case is to be by way of correspondence, unless a request for a meeting is made pursuant to section 246ZE of the Insolvency Act. Creditors will need submit a validly completed Notice of Claim and Voting Form (for the purposes of voting on the Proposal) by email to redcastle214cva@interpathadvisory.com. Votes must be cast by 17 November 2021. Any votes received after 17 November 2021 will be disregarded.

The company voluntary arrangement, if approved, will (among other things) set a date of 1 December 2021 by which all those with claims against the Company would be required to come forward, following which any unidentified or unadmitted claims would be released. It is therefore important that all creditors of the Company contact the Administrators as soon as possible.
