Pursuant to Rule 14.28/14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 1986, notice is hereby given that the last date for proving debts against the Company, is 9 October 2020, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned of RG Insolvency, Devonshire House, Manor Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire, WD6 1QQ, the Joint Supervisor of the above named Company. Notice is further given that the Joint Supervisor intends to declare an interim dividend within two months of the last date for proving.

I would confirm that the approved CVA Proposal set aside the Prescribed Part Provisions within the CVA and therefore I am not required to set aside this fund for the benefit of the unsecured creditors. The distribution is being made from the available funds other than the Prescribed Part.
