Registered office: The Red Lion, 5/7 Church Street, Atherton, M46 9DE

Principal trading address: The Red Lion, 5/7 Church Street, Atherton, M46 9DE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the directors of the company are convening a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 2 September 2020 at 1.30 pm, for the purpose of deciding on the nomination of a liquidator.

Creditors can access the virtual meeting as follows: Should you wish to participate in the meeting, please contact Lisa Edwards at Lines Henry Ltd who will provide you with the information should you wish to access it. Please e-mail your request to lisaedwards@lineshenry.co.uk.

In order to be entitled to vote creditors must deliver proxies and proofs to Lines Henry Ltd, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EZ. A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the chair before the meeting. Proxies may be delivered to Lines Henry Ltd, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA4 1EZ.

In order to be counted a creditor’s vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor’s claim (unless it has already been given). A vote will be disregarded if a creditor’s proof in respect of their claim is not received by 4.00 pm on the business day before the meeting (unless the chair of the meeting is content to accept the proof later). A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof of debt in the requisite time frame. Proofs may be delivered to Lines Henry Ltd, 5 Tabley Court, Victoria Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA4 1EZ.

NOTE: the meeting may be suspended or adjourned by the chair of the meeting (and must be adjourned if it is so resolved at the meeting).
