"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Dominic Paul Dumville (IP No. 17890) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, 72 London Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 1NS be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators of the company, to act either jointly or severally."
