"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Bonney (IP No. 9379) of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL and Michael Colin John Sanders (IP No. 8698) of MacIntyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30-34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. Any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by one of them."
