A PETITION to wind up the above named company whose Registered Office is at 6 Harrod Drive, Southport PR8 2HA presented on the 10th January 2019 by ROTO PUMPS LTD whose Registered Office is at Unit 1 St Elizabeth Park, Grey Street, Denton, Manchester M34 3RU claiming to be the creditor of the company will be heard at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds LS1 3BG on the 12th March 2019 at 10:30 hours (or as soon hereafter as the Petition can be heard)

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give Notice of Intention to do so to the Petitioner or its solicitor in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 1600 hours 11th March 2019
