A petition to wind up the above named company Recherche Fine Art Limited of Rise Gallery, 7-9 St. George's Walk, Croydon, Surrey CR0 1YH (Registered Office) presented on 30 January 2019 by JACKSON MECHANICAL SERVICES (U.K.) LIMITED, of 34 Coldharbour Lane, Harpenden, Herts, United Kingdom AL5 4UN (Registered Office) claiming to be a creditor of the Company will be heard at The Companies Court, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 20 March 2019 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned by 16.00 hours on Tuesday 19 March 2019.
