"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) and Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 8 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
