I Paul Dounis, of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, First Floor, Quay 2, 139 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh EH3 9QG, hereby give notice in accordance with Rule 4.19 of the Insolvency (Scotland) Rules 1986 that Lindsey J Cooper of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 3 Hardman Street, Manchester, M3 3HF and I were appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by resolution of the meeting of creditors held under section 138(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 on 28 February 2017. A liquidation committee was not established. Accordingly, I hereby give notice that I do not intend to summon a further meeting for the purpose of establishing a Liquidation Committee unless one tenth in value of the creditors require me to do so in terms of Section 142(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986. All creditors who have not already done so are requried to lodge their claims with me as soon as possible.
