Notice is hereby given that, on 14 November 2016, a petition was present­ed to Edinburgh Sheriff Court by Realise Mosscliff Energy Limited, a comp­any inc­orp­orated under the Companies Acts (Company Number: SC442999) and having its regis­tered office at Excel House, 30 Semple Street, Edinburgh EH3 8BL (“the Company”), craving the court inter alia that the Company be wound up and that Graeme Cameron Smith of Henderson Loggie, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, DD1 4QB, be app­ointed Interim Liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 15 November 2016 ordained all persons having an interest to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days of intimation, service or advertisement; and eo die appoint­ed the said Graeme Cameron Smith to be Provisional Liquid­­ator of the Company with the powers contained in Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986; all of which notice is hereby given.
