"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elizabeth Manley (IP No. 20110) and Kevin Lucas (IP No. 9485) both of Lucas Johnson Limited, 32 Stamford Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1EY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding up."
