At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at PO Box 501, The Nexus Building, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, Herts, SG6 9BL on 8 April 2019 at 11.30 am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Miles Needham (IP No. 14372) and Sarah Cook (IP No. 18750) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 4 Beaconsfield Road, St Albans, Hertfordshire, AL1 3RD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
