“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Craig Andrew Ridgley (IP No. 23232) and Graham Stuart Wolloff (IP No. 8879) both of Elwell Watchorn & Saxton LLP, 8 Warren Park Way, Enderby, Leicester, LE19 4SA be and are hereby appointed joint liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
