IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY ACT 1986

A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of Technology House, Lissadel Street, Salford, M6 6AP presented on 16 February 2017 by SILVERBURN FINANCE (UK) LIMITED, 76 Winter Hey Lane, Horwich, Bolton, BL6 7PQ claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Liverpool District Registry, 35 Vernon Street, Liverpool L2 2BX on 8 May 2017 at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with rule 4.16 by 16:00 hours on 5 May 2017.
