“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Glyn Mummery and Paul Atkinson, both of FRP Advisory LLP, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE, (IP Nos 8996 and 9314) be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
