“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth Pattullo and Kenny Craig, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 7 Queen’s Gardens, Aberdeen, AB15 4YD, be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the winding up.”
