“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Andronikou (IP No. 8806) of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London WC1V 6RL and Frank Wessely (IP No. 007788) of Quantuma LLP, 81 Station Road, Marlow, Bucks, SL7 1NS be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such voluntary winding up."
