NOTICE IS GIVEN that the creditors of the above named Company, which was wound up voluntarily on 11 March 2019, are required, on or before 13 April 2019 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Bridgewood Financial Solutions Ltd, Second Floor, Poynt South, Upper Parliament Street, Nottingham NG1 6LF, and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary, or in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

A creditor with a debt which does not exceed ÂŁ1,000 (according to the accounting records or the declaration of solvency) of the above-named Company, is not required to prove its debt.

A creditor who has not proved his debt before the declaration of any dividend, is not entitled to disturb, by reason that he has not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend, or any other dividend before his debt was proved.
