At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held on 26 October 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up Voluntarily.

That Adrian Paul Dante of Macintyre Hudson LLP, Victoria Court, 17-21 Ashford Road, Maidstone, Kent, ME14 5FA and Michael Colin John Sanders of Macintyre Hudson LLP, New Bridge Street House, 30 -34 New Bridge Street, London, EC4V 6BJ be appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately.
