Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 28 September 2018 as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Stephen Clancy (IP No. 8950) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW and Matthew Ingram (IP No. 10790) of Duff & Phelps Ltd, 35 Newhall Street, Birmingham, B3 3PU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”
