Notice is hereby given that on 14 February 2018 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under company number SC524408 and having its registered office at Advantage Accounting (Scotland) Limited, 11 Somerset Place, Glasgow G3 7JT craving the court inter alia that Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating Ltd be wound up by the court and to appoint an Interim Liquidator, in which Petition the sheriff by interlocutor dated 15 February 2018 appointed persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation and advertisement; and meantime appointed Ian William Wright, Insolvency Practitioner, WRI Associates, 3rd Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2LB to be Provisional Liquidator of Rapid Response Plumbing & Heating Ltd with the powers specified in Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
