The following Resolutions were duly passed on 19 August 2020 by written resolution of Members of the above-named Charity, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Charity be wound up voluntarily.

That Paul Bailey and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad of Bailey Ahmad Limited, 257b Croydon Road, Beckenham, Kent BR3 3PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.

At the Virtual Meeting of Creditors held on 19 August 2020 the appointment of Paul Bailey and Tommaso Waqar Ahmad as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
