NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the above-named company, duly convened at C/Fontsanta, 46 2 A 08970 Sant Joan Despi, Spain, on 28 June 2019 the following special resolution was passed:

That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the company, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolutions:

That Mark Holborow and Matthew Wild of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 25 High Street, Crawley, West Sussex RH10 1BG be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

That the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.
