I, Alan Fallows (IP No. 9567) of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited, 1 City Road East, Manchester, M15 4PN, hereby give notice that t was appointed Interim Liquidator of Rank Recycling Scotland Limited on 9 August 2017, by Interlocutor of the Sheriff at Glasgow under Court reference GLW-L86-17. NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 138 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the meeting of creditors of the Company will be held within the offices of Kay Johnson Gee Corporate Recovery Limited, 1 City Road East, Manchester, M15 4PN, on 18 September 2017, at 11.00 am for the purpose of choosing a Liquidator and determining whether to establish a Liquidation Committee as specified in Section 138 (3) and 142(1) of the said Act. A resolution at the meeting is passed if a majority in value of those voting have voted in favour of it. A creditor will be entitled to vote at the meeting only if a claim has been lodged with me at the meeting or before the meeting at my office and it has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part. For the purpose of formulating claims, creditors should note that the date of commencement of the Liquidation is 1 June 2017. Proxies may also be lodged with me at the meeting or before the meeting at my office.
