Notice is hereby given that on 24 May 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Hamilton by Alan Caithness and David Rance, both c/o Nelson Gilmour Smith, 47 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6ED craving the Court inter alia, that Rance & Caithness Roofing & Cladding Limited having their registered office at 47 Cadzow Street, Hamilton, ML3 6ED (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 24 May 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Hamilton, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
