A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registration no: 08338552) of 15 Staindrop Road, West Auckland, DL14 9JU, presented on 18 December 2017 by THE FUELCARD COMPANY (UK) LIMITED, of Unit 3, St James Business Park, Knaresborough, North Yorks, HG5 8QB, (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at the The Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear, NE1 3LA on 12 February 2018 at 10:30 AM (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
