A Petition to wind up the above-named Company, whose registered office is situated at 48 Boston Road, London W7 3TR presented by Abdulaziz Al Rashed of 10 Canning Place, Kensington, London W8 5AD claiming to be a creditor of the Company, on 23 August 2022 and will be heard at The Rolls Building, Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 October 2022 at 10:30 hours (or as soon as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the Hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the undersigned in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 by 1600 hours on Tuesday 11 October 2022 .
