At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at Unit 5a, Algrey Trading Estate, Cooks Way, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0JA on 20 May 2019 at 3.00 pm the following resolutions were passed:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Karen Tracy Potts (IP No. 9358) and Ian Michael Rose (IP No. 9144) both of Wilkin Chapman Business Solutions Limited, 1st Floor, Consort House, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3HR be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by a liquidator may be done by all or any one of them.”
