Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of the above company will be held at 10 am on Friday 24 August 2018 at 12 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UR for the purpose of having an account laid before it showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, receiving an account of the liquidation process from the liquidator, determining the manner in which the accounts and documents of the company shall be disposed of, and considering the liquidator’s application for discharge.

A member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting or appoint a proxy, or proxies to attend and vote on their behalf.
