At a General Meeting of the above named company duly convened and held at 13 Yorkersgate, Malton, YO17 7AA on 26 April 2019, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That it has been resolved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co, Unit 11, Dale Street Mills, Dale Street, Longwood, Huddersfield, West Yorkshire, HD3 4TG be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding up.”
