Upon the Application, presented to the court on 28 January 2016, by the Company to have the Winding up Order rescinded, and upon hearing Counsel for the Applicant and solicitors for the Western Union Business Solutions (UK) Limited and the Official Receiver and upon hearing that the Company’s solicitors provided an undertaking to pay the debt and costs ordered to the Petitioner from funds lodged with them, it was ordered that the winding up order made on 21 January 2016 be rescinded and that the petition presented on 3 December 2015 be dismissed.
