“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that M Jacobson, of Streets SPW, Gable House, 239 Regents Park Road, London N3 3LF, (IP No. 11590) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding up.” The appointment was subsequently ratified at the meeting of the creditors on the same day.
