Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 84 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a virtual Meeting of Creditors of the above named Company will be held at 11.00 am at the offices of CavanaghKelly, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 36–38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP, on Thursday 16th July 2020 for the purposes mentioned in Articles 85 to 87 of the said Order.

In order to comply with current government and health care advice during the Covid-19 pandemic a physical meeting of members and creditors cannot take place. In order to provide creditors with the opportunity to participate in the meeting, the meeting will be held remotely by video conferencing facility. If you wish to attend the virtual meeting please email Shauna McStravick of this office (shauna.mcstravick@cavanaghkelly.com) on or before Tuesday 14th July 2020 in order that the dial in details can be forwarded to you.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of CavanaghKelly, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, 36–38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP no later than 12.00 noon on Wednesday 15th July 2020.

The resolutions at the creditors’ meeting may include a resolution specifying the terms on which any office holder is to be remunerated. The meeting may receive information about, or be asked to approve, cost of preparing the statement of affairs and convening the meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the company's creditors will be available for inspection free of charge from CavanaghKelly, 36-38 Northland Row, Dungannon, County Tyrone, BT71 6AP or requested from shauna.mcstravick@cavanaghkelly.com telephone number 028 87752990 on the two business days immediately preceding the meeting between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
