Notice is hereby given that on 22nd June 2020 a petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by the directors of Raeburn Group Limited (SC171037) craving the Court inter alia to order that Raeburn Group Limited having their Registered Office at Commercial house, 2 Rubislaw Terrace, Aberdeen, AB10 1XE be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff of Grampian, Highlands and Islands at Aberdeen by Interlocutor dated 25th June 2020 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
