“That it has been resolved by Special Resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Mark Taylor (IP No. 10570) of T H Financial Recovery, Suite 101 & 102, Empire Way Business Park, Liverpool Road, Burnley, BB12 6HH and Timothy John Hargreaves (IP No. 8637) of T H Financial Recovery, Suite 16 & 17, Oak House, 317 Golden Hill Lane, Leyland, PR25 2YJ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding-up.”
