A Petition to wind up the Company presented on 28 December 2018 by DHL INTERNATIONAL (UK) LTD of Unit I Horton Road, Colnbrook, Slough SL3 0BB claiming to be a Creditor of the Company of C Block 1016, New Providence Wharf, Fairmont Avenue, London E14 9PJ will be heard at the Manchester Business & Property Court, The Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ at 10:00 am on Monday 18 March 2019 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
