A Petition to wind up the above-named Company of AA Chartered Accountants, 6 Blenheim Court, Peterborough PE1 2DU (registered office) presented on 7 November 2016 by AMBER ROOFING LIMITED of Unit 37B Thistle Industrial Estate, Churc, Cowdenbeath, Fife KY4 8LP, claiming to be a creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS, on 5 January 2017, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
