At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 54-66 Frederick Street, Edinburgh EH2 1LS on the 17 October 2019 the following resolutions were passed;

No 1. as a Special Resolution and No 2. as an Ordinary Resolution of the Company.

Resolutions

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily and

2. That Shona Campbell, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, be appointed Liquidator of the company.
