That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

The Company also passed the following ordinary resolution on 26 May 2022:

That Glen Carter and Phillip Sykes of RSM UK Restructuring Advisory LLP Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators to the Company, to act on a joint and several basis.
